Trac Group designs, supplies and distributes innovative and sustainable roofing solutions, protected by an intellectual property portfolio. TractileTM Products are large format, lightweight, high strength, flat profile roof tiles and solar roof tiles w ith solar photovoltaic (electricity) and thermal (hot water) capacity integrated into the tiles.
The Tractile Interlocking Roof System is a new combination of materials and system technology providing high performance and cost effective roof tile and wall panel solutions. The product services the fast growing demand for sustainable roofing solutions across all segments of the building and constructions industry from residential to industrial.
Trac Group has completed research and development, invested in intellectual property and developed award-winning products. Trac Group is now raising money to take its products to the market.
The Company expects that, on Completion of the Offer at the minimum subscription level, it will be able to:
Trac Group Holdings Ltd (A.C.N. 115 007 540) Initial Public Offer of up to 26,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.25 per share to raise up to $6,500,000 with a minimum subscription of $3,500,000.
The Offer is made under the Prospectus lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on 10 December 2015.
