Individual or Joint Stockbroking Account Application Form
Are you a private individual? Use this form if you want to open a standard stockbroking account in one or more names.

CMC Markets Cash Account Application Form
You’ll need a CMC Markets Cash Account, held with Bankwest, to go with your stockbroking account. You can also use it to take advantage of Australia’s lowest brokerage. If you haven’t already opened one, read the CMC Markets Cash Account PDS and fill in the application form below to open an account.

Margin Lending Linked Account Application Forms
Do you want to gear your investments using a margin loan? You can link this stockbroking account to your existing margin loan provider (such as St.George or Suncorp).*
To open an account linked to a margin loan, please select from one of the following three account application forms, depending on whether your account will be in individual/joint names, in a company name or for a trust. You will also need to complete a letter of authority and send it to us, along with your account application form.
